Our creams are prepared with homemade dairy-free whipped cream mixed into a blend of mascarpone cream and homemade egg custard infused with a rich dark chocolate, combined with the tartness of fresh raspberry compote, with our cakes dipped in espresso.

Our classic tiramisu cake is prepared with homemade dairy-free whipped cream mixed into a blend of mascarpone cream and egg custard infused with a vanilla bean syrup. Our savoiardi cakes are dipped into a delightful espresso combined with a sweet amaretto-rum liquor and then it is topped with cocoa powder.

Then it is topped with fresh strawberries and freshly trimmed strawberry powder.
